The Bar Method has changed my life forever. Prior to joining the Bar Method, I went to the gym, worked out with a trainer, walked and did everything else I could think of to stay in shape. Then a wonderful friend told me about the Bar Method. Five years later, I am still going to 4-5 classes a week and haven’t been near a gym! The Bar Method is all I need to stay strong and healthy. My muscles are more toned than ever, and my strength continues to improve. I am most proud that I can now do pushups and not die from exhaustion! Skinny jeans at 55 is also an added perk! I love Courtney & Dan, and all the wonderful instructors who encourage and motive me every day.
